1、 Basic operations
Before formal operation, please carefully read the "YLZK-E1 Series Boiler Computer Controller General User Manual" and confirm that the current boiler status meets the requirements of the manual.
1.2 Connect the 220V AC power supply.
1.3 Press“”Press the key, turn on the controller, and the LCD screen will turn on to display. At this time, it is“”State, also known as standby state.
1.4 Parameter Setting
This operation is required when using or changing the running parameters for the first time, otherwise it can be skipped.
1.4.1 Press“”Key, enter the first parameter setting state, press“”Or“”The key can modify the selected parameters. If the value that needs to be adjusted is large, you can hold it down“”Or“”If the key is not released, the data will quickly increase or decrease until the key is released or the parameter reaches its limit value. Press again“”Press the key to enter the next parameter setting state. After setting the last parameter, press“”Press the key to exit the setting state and save all the setting parameters.
1.4.2 In standby mode, press“”Press and hold the key for 5 seconds to set the time period parameters and time; When setting the first time period, display“”When setting the 'start time', it displays“”, press“”Press the key to enter the "stop time" setting state for the first time period, and display“”. The time display window shows the corresponding numerical value. Similarly, the settings for other time periods can continue to be adjusted“”Key, a total of 4 time periods can be set. After setting the "stop time" for the fourth period, press“”Press the key to enter the "current time" setting state, and then press again“”Press the key to exit the setting state of time period and time, and the time period parameters and time are saved.
1.5 Press“”Key, enter“”Status: The controller begins to execute automatic control functions.
1.6 in“”In the state, press“”Press the key to exit the running state and switch to standby mode.
1.7 Press in standby, running or alarm state“”Key, LCD screen to turn off display, controller to turn off.
2、 Parameter Range
2.1 Smoke exhaust temperature (indicated by "06-"): 50-300 ℃.
2.2 Time period: The time setting range is 0.00 to 23.59.
2.3 Current Time: Use 24-hour clock.
3、 Operation and Control
3.1 Burner Control
In operation:
When the pressure controller (start stop control) is closed, the controller starts the burner; When the pressure controller (load regulation) is closed, it operates in the second stage fire state; When the pressure controller (load regulation) is disconnected, it operates in a fire state. When the pressure controller (start stop control) is disconnected, the controller shuts off the burner.
3.2 Water supply pump control
Unrelated to operating status: When the boiler water level is below the "low electrode", the controller turns on the feedwater pump, and when the boiler water level reaches the "high electrode", the controller turns off the feedwater pump.
4、 Manual operation of equipment
4.1 Burner
The burner is prohibited from manual operation.
4.2 Water supply pump
At the beginning of startup, if the boiler is short of water, the controller will sound and light an alarm and enter the interlock protection state. When it is confirmed that the boiler is in a cold state, the pressure is low, and there is no furnace wall overheating alarm, it can be pressed“”The key will turn on the water supply pump. When the water level rises to the middle position, the water supply pump will turn off and automatically switch to standby mode.
During normal operation, if the boiler is short of water, the controller will sound and light an alarm and enter the interlock protection state. When dry burning has occurred, it is strictly prohibited to start the water supply pump. The stoker must confirm that there is no danger before manually starting the feedwater pump (press and hold)“”Press the key for 5 seconds. When the water level rises to a high level, the feed pump will automatically shut down.
When the feed pump is in automatic mode and turned off, if you need to start the feed pump, you can long press it“”Press the key for 5 seconds, and the water pump will start. When the feed pump is in manual start mode, press“”Key, the water pump will shut down and exit manual mode.
5、 Alarm and interlock protection
After the controller is turned on, it continuously checks the pressure sensor, water level sensor, temperature sensor, and its own circuit. If an alarm signal is detected, it immediately emits an audible and visual alarm and interlocks to shut down the burner or heating group and water pump. The controller automatically displays alarm information, and at the same time displays fault codes when the interlock shutdown occurs.
When an alarm is triggered, the internal buzzer of the controller emits an alarm sound. Press any key to turn off the alarm sound.
After entering the alarm state, the controller locks itself and will not automatically exit the alarm state even if the alarm signal disappears. After the operator eliminates the problem, press“”Press the key to reset the controller.
